Questions, answered.

The things buyers ask most, before and after purchase.

Most Zen scripts stop getting fixed once a game patches. Ours are built by our own dev team and retuned when a game patches, with free updates, full setup guides and a 24/7 admin team in Discord. 4,000+ customers have bought from us, and our Discord has 30,000 members.

Yes. Every ScarZens script runs on a Cronus Zen, the device that sits between your controller and your console. Platforms vary by script, and each script's page lists them.

Your confirmation email has your order number and our Discord invite (discord.gg/scarzens). In the "open ticket" channel, press redeem, send the bot your order number and accept the disclaimer. Your download, every setup guide and 24/7 support unlock at once. Most people are playing within 5 minutes.

100+ scripts across Fortnite, Rust, Call of Duty, NBA 2K27, Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, Battlefield, EAFC, ARC Raiders and more, plus free updates and customer Discord access. Take it monthly or unlock it for life. The four standalone scripts (Luna, Laser, Nets and Scar-Rust) are sold separately.

Every script runs through your Cronus Zen at controller level, but platforms differ by script. Luna Elite works on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox, PC and Nintendo Switch 1. Laser Elite and Nets work on PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox and PC. Scar-Rust works on PlayStation and Xbox. On PS5 controllers Laser Elite detects your weapon automatically. On Xbox you pick your gun from a menu.

Yes. When a game patches, our dev team retunes and reissues the script so it keeps working. Updates are free with every script you own and with active VIP access.

Yes. Our Discord has written and video walkthroughs, and our admin team is on hand 24/7 for loading, values and tuning questions.

Scripts are digital, so all sales are final. Not sure a script fits your setup? Ask us in Discord before you buy and we'll tell you straight. Full details are in our refund policy.
